The Deka Gel has a 2,000 life cycle which literally means if properly used could last for more than 5 years, however we have a 2-year warranty from the supplier and the terms and conditions are outlined below. It should be noted that in the over 10-years supply of the Deka brand in Nigeria, we have had less than 0.5% warranty issues; in fact, the manufacturer guarantees a 0.001% chance of a Deka failure due to manufacturers fault as they have over 250 Quality Assurances checks.
