MND IN PICTURES
MISS NIGER DELTA Pageant.
One of the platforms God used in building my public speaking skills, human relationship, and giving me quality political and business connection that has stayed till date, was when I won Miss University of Calabar 09, and Miss Niger Delta 2012.
My name is Nikita Nkese and I was Miss Niger Delta 2012.
Truthfully, I would not permit my younger ones to go into the pageantries of today. Only two of them is approved by me and still stands out - Miss Niger Delta and Miss University Nigeria.
Do you know of a young girl between the ages of 18 -28, from any of these states - ABIA, AKWA IBOM, BAYELSA, CROSS RIVER, EDO, DELTA, IMO, ONDO, RIVERS?
Encourage them to pick a form for Miss Niger Delta 2023.
They stand so much to gain - A brand new tear rubber Car, (I'm still driving mine😉), lots of connection to people that matters in Nigeria (they can sensible use that link intelligently for life, which I'm still using) and lots of money (trust me, I know what I'm saying😊).
I am Stella Ebelechukwu Atuegwu(Ukemenam), Miss Niger Delta 2013/2014 (Ambassador for Peace and Development).
I came across Miss Niger Delta beauty pageant after bad experiences with two other pageants. Unlike the rest, MND pageant proved to have a higher moral standard and integrity. The judging process was very fair and transparent. Most importantly, the organisers delivered on all the prizes and benefits listed for the winners. I received my brand new car as promised as well as other gift items 😁. Also, they organisation worked with me throughout my reign (and even after), assisting whenever i needed help. It was a win-win situation for everyone that participated as we all networked and learnt a lot from the camp activities. So, If you are looking for a genuine and trusted pageantry platform that would give you a life changing experience, don't waste any time to pick up the MND form. Only a few pageants have old and good records that can be spoken fondly of by past winners and participants. And MND is definitely one of them.

My name is Harriet Edide , Miss Niger Delta 2014. As a little girl, I always dreamt of becoming a beauty queen when i grows up. But the sojourn of pageantry isn’t easy or always as glamorous as it seems. This is because contestants have a hectic and rigorous schedule that requires endless rehearsals and interviews sections which made me a bit skeptical.
However, the voyage started in 2001 when I was 8 years old. I saw a documentary celebrating Miss Agbani Darego as the first black model to win the Miss World Contest. The encomium on Agbani Darego necessitated a re-orientation in my thinking and thus, sparked the desire to want to be like her.
Consequently, in the year 2014, I took a shot at the Miss Niger Delta Cultural Pageant. As soon as I was accepted as a contestant I began preparing, even though the pageant was months away. I started watching YouTube, researching and rehearsing. With all the rigors, I had to balance it with my academic pursuit because I was an undergraduate student.
Subsequently, I took the courage to cross a stage in a swimsuit, with those heels while stucking in my stomach, walking like a model, and smiling. My heart was pounding, my breath was shorten and suddenly, my name is called and I had to walk across a stage in front of a great multitude with a standing ovation. It was an amazing and alluring experience when I was announced as the winner.
The Miss Niger Delta Peace Cultural Pageant has nurtured me and several other beautiful women in the society to become role models and ambassadors of peace and goodwill. The platform is a life time opportunity and I encourage every eligible female to embark on this life changing journey. This is one pageant with integrity were the organisers stick to their words, promises and agreements. No sentiments and always respect the rights of the contestants. We have no records of abuses or that the organisers take advantage of the contestants. No, No, No. The Moral and integrity standard of the Miss Niger Delta Organisation is worth commending. Well Done Mr. Sodin .

My name is Hon. Sandra Bassey, Miss Niger Delta (symbol of talent) 2013. Currently, I am the Councillor representing Abak Urban Ward 2, in Abak LGA, Akwa Ibom State. I am also the Leader of the Legislative Council (the first woman and the youngest in history) in my locality. Additionally, I am the CEO of SBA Hand Tech, an academy that trains people on shoe making.
The Miss Niger Delta beauty pageant played a major role in the woman I am today. It molded me mentally, morally, socially and economically to take up every leadership role I am presently handling.
I was an extremely naive yet ambitious girl, so the pageantry platform provided me with significant visibility and recognition both locally and nationally, giving me a strong presence in my community and beyond.
It allowed me to inspire and empower others, particularly young women, by demonstrating that beauty can coexist with intelligence, leadership, and community involvement through the pet projects I embarked on. That entire experience honed my leadership skills, preparing me for roles as a councillor, legislative council leader, and CEO.
I wouldn’t fail to mention how the platform enabled me to advocate for important causes, such as women's empowerment, community development, and issues specific to the Niger Delta region, enabling me build and gain trust, credibility and accountability amongst the people of my community, thus leading to smooth and safe landing in my political ambition.
Let me also state that it availed me diverse opportunities to build valuable network of contacts and supporters, which later played a crucial role in my political and business pursuits.
On the overall, my time as Miss Niger Delta positively shaped my path, helping me become a prominent leader and entrepreneur in my community.
As it stands for me, I can boldly say that Miss Niger Delta Pageantry is the only pageant competition that I can proudly allow my daughter participate in, because of its’ guiding principles of integrity and high moral standard.
So, I encourage every young girl between the ages of 18-28, from any of the Niger Delta States (Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Edo, Delta, Imo, Ondo and Rivers) to pick a form for Miss Niger Delta 2023. Thank you!
